Danbury Grassroots Tennis was founded in 2006 by Danbury area tennis players in cooperation with the Danbury Housing Authority, DGT is modeled after successful programs in many other cities in the U.S. DGT's To improve the quality of life for selected young people in Danbury through the game of tennis and educational support
